Herold Williams

President and Founder

Herold Williams has been at the forefront of immersive telepresence since its inception. Herold co-founded and was President of TeleSuite Corp. the first commercially immersive telepresence successful platform. There, among other products, he invented the TeleSuite, which would become the Polycom RPX when Polycom acquired Destiny Conferencing, the successor company of TeleSuite.

Herold has now created his next generation of immersive telepresence product technologies and environments at a fraction of the cost of current immersive telepresence systems.

Andy Howard

Andy Howard is Array’s acting chief of product management at Array and a investor and Board Director of the firm. Mr. Howard is President of Andy Howard & Associates and an IP video expert with specialties in streaming video and building video call centers. Mr. Howard has been at the forefront of the digital video industry since it began, with a focus on helping clients “improve communications with video.”

Mr. Howard has helped hundreds of large corporate, government, and educational customers architect and implement enterprise-wide video deployments. Mr. Howard is a highly regarded IP video expert, industry veteran, and a frequent speaker at leading industry events.

Howard S. Lichtman

C²O

Howard S. Lichtman is Array’s C2O and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Lichtman is a visual collaboration-focused technologist with specialties in telepresence and visual collaboration to improve organizational and individual productivity.
He is the founder and president of the Human Productivity Lab, an independent consultancy and research firm that helps organizations design visual collaboration strategies and deploy solutions, and the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Telepresence Options, the world’s leading publication covering telepresence, videoconferencing, and visual collaboration.

Doug Howard

Doug brings over 25 years of business and technology experience to Array Telepresence. Doug’s industry background includes senior leadership positions across a number of high-profile global companies in the IT technology, software and telecommunications sectors including VBrick, BT, AT&T, Sprint, and CSC. Doug is widely known both in the Video and IT Security space.

Specific to security, he is the Founder and CEO of SAVANTURE, served as Chief Operating Officer of BT Counterpane, Chief Strategy Officer of SilverSky, and VP of Security and Business Continuity of AT&T. Doug proudly served and started his career in the US Air Force working under the direct command of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon. Because of the complexities associated with Security, Risk and Compliance, Array relies heavily on Doug for guidance in these areas as well.
He also founded Technology Research International, Inc. in 1989, which was purchased by NBC Broadcasting in 1991. Doug participates in a number of firms as well as Charities as a member of the Board of Directors including AlgoSec, VBrick, BlueAlly and Touching Heart.
