Herold Williams
President and Founder
Herold Williams has been at the forefront of immersive telepresence since its inception. Herold co-founded and was President of TeleSuite Corp. the first commercially immersive telepresence successful platform. There, among other products, he invented the TeleSuite, which would become the Polycom RPX when Polycom acquired Destiny Conferencing, the successor company of TeleSuite. Herold has now created his next generation of immersive telepresence product technologies and environments at a fraction of the cost of current immersive telepresence systems.

Dale Barker
Business Development
Dale J. Barker leads Array’s Business and Strategic Development activities. In the last 7 years Dale has made the switch from the Telecommunications industry to the Visual Collaboration sector. He is a consummate technologist with a passion for new and innovative products that bring tangible value to clients.
Throughout his career Dale has leveraged his broad industry & technical knowledge, management skills and international contacts to secure partners, sales channels and clients with combined product sales approaching US$1 billion.
Dale’s industry background has had him hold senior positions in both the Telecom and Visual Collaboration sectors with industry heavyweights like Mitel, Newbridge Networks and BT, among others.

Jenna Van Hook
Marketing Director
Jenna Van Hook is an accomplished marketer, working with both large corporations and start ups. After working for a Fortune 500 and a local internet start up company, she started her own marketing agency outside of Washington D.C.
Jenna has won several awards including multiple Hermes Creative awards. She now oversees marketing at Array Telepresence, overseeing branding, online marketing, communications, and public relations.

Bryan Hellard
Senior Engineer
Bryan Hellard is a designer of video conferencing related products and telepresence systems.
He has designed many systems in the telepresence industry relying on the theory that the experience matters and he is a firm believer that products should be designed around human factors and has based his body of work on them.
