Site Survey - The Site Survey is part of the site certification process. It is a free service provided by Array Telepresence to both end users and integrators. The customer downloads, completes, then submits the room design information on the site survey. Then, within 2-3 business days, a CAD rendering of the room with recommended table placement, display placement & height, and camera placement will be returned. These recommendations will provide optimal viewing angles, eye line, and stand-up capture of meeting participants. Site surveys should be sent to [email protected].
